2025/2026 Kanawha Board
We’re now accepting interest for board positions for the 2025/2026 year! Kanawha’s board is an active, working board, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute their time, energy, and ideas. The board nominating committee will reach out to interested candidates over the summer to share more details about the open positions. Board members attend monthly meetings and take on role-specific responsibilities.

KRA Bylaws Committee
We’re forming a committee to review and revise Kanawha’s bylaws, with the goal of presenting proposed updates at the October 2026 Annual General Meeting. This is an important opportunity to help strengthen the foundation of our organization as part of a well-rounded, diverse team that reflects a variety of experiences and perspectives, all united by a commitment to Kanawha’s mission. We’re looking for individuals who are thoughtful, collaborative, and comfortable working in a group setting—ideally including some members with legal expertise.
