Pavilion Rental Terms Listed below
1. A pavilion rental request my only be submitted by a Swim Club member, 18 years of age or older.
2. All guests of the party are expected to adhere to the rules of the Swim Club.
3. Refunds are at the manager's discretion due to inclement weather. If you wish to cancel, you must call the morning of your party.
4. A list of guests must be provided indicating which expected attendees are member and which are not.
5. This request requires approval from the Manager.
6. Once the Manager approves your request, you are required to pay in full via the link sent by the Manager.
